The invention relates to axial assemblies for a trailer vehicle with at least one stationary drive axle and a tracking axle behind it with steerable wheels, in which case the wheels are hinged by means of steering bipod on the stationary axle body and are interconnected by means of transverse the steering rod, with the axial bodies of the drive axle and the follower axle with steerable wheels, are supported by the spring springs on the stationary ones relative to the chassis of the console and on the bellows of the air springs.
The purpose of the invention is to increase security.
Fig. 1 shows a axle with steered wheels, top view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - the spring is bent; top view; FIG. 4 is a spring side view of the spring; in fig. 5 - truck trailers, the trailers of which are equipped with three axle units with one track axle with steerable wheels.
The following axis 1 with steering wheels comprises an axis 2 with edges 3, wheels 4, which are hinged with steering bipod 5 on axis 2, and a transverse steering rod 6, which connects the steering bipod 5 to each other. Between the transverse steering rod 6 and the axle 2 is located stabilizing device 7.
On the edges of the 3 axles, the driver elements 8 are fixed, the front end of which, when viewed in the forward direction, is pivotally fixed with the eye 9 on the console 10 and the rear end of which is connected to the cup of the bellows 11 of the air spring. Between the axis 2 and the console 10 are shock absorbers 12.
When mounting the follower axis 1 with steering wheels under the trailer 13 of the vehicle, the console 10 and the bellows
11 air springs are fastened under the side members 14. In this case, between the center-to-center distance a for the flanges 3 of the axis on the axis 2 or for the driving elements 8 on the axis 2 and the center-center distance b of the side members 14 or consoles 10 there is a differential dimension X, because between wheels 4 and the edges 3 of the axis for the driver elements 8 should also be arranged bipod 5. The displacement between the edges 3 of the axle and the brackets 10 is blocked by the driver elements 8, which for this purpose are curved inward between the edges of the three axles and the brackets 10 on the ve The differential dimension X, which corresponds to half the difference between the center-to-center distances b and a of the springs of the drive axle, on the one hand, and the follower axis 1 with the steered wheels, on the other hand.
Figure 5 shows a circumference 15c with two depicted road trains 16. While the tows 17 move along an outer circumference 18, which may have a diameter of maximum 12 meters, the axle assembly of the trailer 13 of the vehicle passes along an inner circumference 19, which may have diameter is at least 5.3 m. In order to improve the characteristics of the track of the trailer 13, its axial unit consists of two stationary driving axles 20 and one following track axis 1 with controlled wheels. As can be seen from Fig. 5, the center-to-center distance of the springs of the two leading axles 20 is greater than the center-center distance of the springs of the follower axis 1 with the steered wheels. The spars 14 of the trailer 13 pass along the vanishing line of the consoles and the driving springs of both drive axles 20. As a result, the problem of mounting and fitting for the follower axis 1 with steered wheels arises, which is optimally solved with the present invention.

Claims An axial assembly for an automobile trailer, comprising at least one driving axle (20) and a tracking axle (1) located along it in the vehicle's direction of travel (1) with steerable wheels, hinged to the bipod (5) on the axle ( 2) and interconnected transverse steering thrust (6), with the leading (20) and following (1) axles being connected by the driving elements (8) with brackets (10) and bellows (11) air springs, distinguished by that, in order to increase safety, the drive elements (8) of the follow axis (1 ) are bent in the area between the consoles (10) and the axis (2) in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the trailer by an amount (X) equal to half the difference between the center-to-center distances of the drive axle
